I always put my eyeliner on the inner rim of my lower lid... people tell me it looks pretty. I like it better there than on the outside of my lower eyelid.

Sharpen the pencil to remove any bacteria. Place your elbow onto a flat surface so that you will be more steady. Looking down towards a mirror instead of straight into it is also very helpful. Don't use the other hand to tug on your eyes because the skin around the eyes are very delicate. Place the liner as close to your lashes as possible and make small dashes connecting them to each other instead of drawing a continuous line. You can then use a q-tip if you'd like to blend it further into your lashes therefore giving you the illusion of having thicker lashes as opposed to wearing heavy eyeliner. You could also search for tutorials on youtube.com

I wear ALOT of eyeliner.
Wat i do is get a short stiff brush and rub it in powder liner,
then i drag it along right under my lashes, around the middle and all the way to the top.
It looks good.
But if you're just starting out try going from your bottem lashes to the outside corner of your eye and the top

ok well how old are you?
im 12 and i have been wearing a low amount of eyeliner for about a year.
if you have a PENCIL eyeliner you probably should put it inside your bottom eye lid to make it look more natural.

Alright, putting on eyeliner is no big thing but it does take some concentration. just open your eyes wide open, take the eyeliner, and just simply go around the outline of your eye. not too thick, but too thin. be careful , also watch wat ur doing with your other eye.
