In Dubai, how can you transfer to another company for a job without getting banned? What are my options?

There are two options to transfer your residence permit to another company.

Transfer of residence - If you can manage to get a release from your present sponsor.

Or try to get a no objection latter from your current sponsor addressed to the Immigration department to exempt the ban at the time of visa cancellation. For this option you have to get a prior visa approval from your proposed sponsor.

Better you go for the first option that would be more easy procedures. You can also take the advantage of existing amnesty period.
