How do i compress a AVI file to Huffyuv?

its 123MB,and i need to compress the video,and ausio to huffy without to much of a quality hit(which if their is a large one i could probubly fix it up with AVIsynth),can Vmod compress that??...or...

Yes, VDubMod can probably do it. However, keep in mind that Huffyuv is NOT that efficient of an compressor. Unless you're using one of those uncompressed or minimally compressed codecs like DV, you'll likely see a size INCREASE, rather than a size decrease.
