Sex, if nothing else, is exercise. A vigorous bout burns some 200 calories--about the same as running 15 minutes on a treadmill or playing a spirited game of squash. The pulse rate, in a person aroused, rises from about 70 beats per minute to 150, the same as that of an athlete putting forth maximum effort. British researchers have determined that the equivalent of six Big Macs can be worked off by having sex three times a week for a year. Muscular contractions during intercourse work the pelvis, thighs, buttocks, arms, neck and thorax. Obviously this enormous "exercise" makes one tired.

Men who ejaculate get tired afterwords because they just drained all there energy that they had. Honestly when a man gets in erection,there penis is filled with blood, and when he ejaculates all the blood that was used to keep the penis hard is not recirculated back into the cirulatory system. It causes alot of strain on the cirulatory system because it has to work overtime because the penis is taking up the blood that could be used to pump blood else where into the body. Very tiring for the system...I am trying hard to best explain this to you without getting too deep into medical termanology.

Our body naturally releases a chemical known as Oxytocin, which has a relaxing effect on our body, this also happens after a good meal, or as you said intercourse.

It's a prehistoric response from the brain to reward us for having sex, or for having a meal, the body wants us to carry on these habits to ensure our survival so when we complete one of these tasks the body rewards us with a drug that makes us drowsy and a feeling of well being

not all people do though it varies some people go once and then pass out some go 6 or 7 times then go watch tv it all depends on the person really
