play in the sand or play in the water?

Play in the sand and then wash off and relax in the water- I can't help it that I am a both kinda person!

Well couldn't you play in both cause theres sand in the water but anyway i would play in the water

I'd like to spend my time in the water. It's refreshing, the beach sand tends to be hot and doesn't provide much heat relief.

I would rather play in the water. There is something about the feel of my limbs moving through the water, and my hair flowing in graceful waves, that seems almost... unearthly.
Only when I am in the water do I feel, more than human. And I feel... very grateful to be alive and to have the privilege to experience the sensation of my limbs moving through the water. It's rare for me to feel grateful for... anything. So yeah.

I like to look for sea shells. I can find them in the sand, and in the water. So I would say both.
