He is awesome and history books will tell of this after the looney left lying about him have all gone to pasture! I just love to know my kids and grandkids will see through history the real story on this real Great American President and look down on all who criticized hi genius and foresight to give them a better world!

I don't know about ever - but I will say that since I've been old enough to pay attention to politics (IKE was in office), I can't think of anyone who has lied more, cheated more, turned the world against us, destroyed our self esteem, sold our country and her citizens down the river more often that Mr. Bush. I actually find myself laying awake at night worrying about our country's future and wondering where we are in terms of remaining a democracy. I feel Bush has had a big part in our declining integrity as a nation - but I also blame us, the American people, for allowing BIG GOV'T so much power - (whatever happened to by the people and for the people????)
Not even during the cold war, when we all hid under our wooden school desks and put our hands up over our heads during air raid drills to "protect" ourselves from the BOMB (LOL) did I feel as unsafe and enfringed upon (with regard to constitutional rights) as I do now.
We are no longer the America we used to be and I find that very sad. Will it get better when Bush leaves office? I lay awake at night and wonder about that too.
Ironic, but I have moved to a small rural community after spending most of my life in cities like Chicago, L.A., and Tucson. Today, I was walking across our town square and ran into a fellow boomer who has lived much of his life abroad but always came home to America when he could - he has an art gallery here and I've never seen him bummed until today. He said he'd made the mistake of reading the world news while working on the internet earlier and watched a videocast about a weapon we are using in the war that uses microwaves and literally zaps and desintegrates its victim (just like the old flash gordon.)
We talked about the good old days and I could see he hadn't got much sleep last night either.
sorry if this ticks off the yahoo censors - but please don't shut the question down or delete the answers - that would be one more "enfringement" to keep me awake tonight.
God bless us everyone.

To me, I think the top 6 are Hoover, Nixon, Wilson, Carter, Hayes, Jackson. I have yet to figure out where W. Bush would be placed. He does take a close second to Obama in the rankings of Most Hated US Presidents, at the moment.

Your question is clear. So is my answer: No he was not. Bush was not even in the bottom half. My vote for worse president goes for Woodrow Wilson. FDR is down there as well, as is Johnson, Nixon and Carter.

George W. Bush is one of the presidents I'll always remember as a hero. He's freeing Iraq from their dictatorship, and if you don't think that's a great thing, then that's your problem. It does suck that people have to die, but it's a war so death is usually unavoidable. A lot of those soldiers (Some friends on mine) feel they're doing the right thing by fighting in Iraq.

It's pretty obvious that his parents are ashamed of his administration.
As a whig, I would point out that neither of the men running against him were particularly desirable, either. The question, therefore, is whether he is evil or merely out of his league. I tend to think it's the latter, but I'm open to the former.
In the Playboy I received in today's mail, it says that Laura gave George a bird, and told Dick Cheney that George had enthusiastically taught the bird over 200 words.
Yes, Dick said, but he doesn't know what the words mean.
That's OK, Laura said; the bird doesn't know, either.
Please register as a whig, and vote for me for president

The problem is, dear American friends (this is not ironic, by the way, I mean it), that you voted for him TWICE. There is an ancient greek proverb, saying "to err twice is not a wise man's action". So is it his fault that he is bad? Democracy means that he represents you, by your own will. Even after he was elected, if you were disappointed, there could be call for elections, demonstrations, etc. In Greece we call for early elections all the time for much smaller issues!

What was your first clue that Bush is the worst?
1) maybe the fact that he is a liar?
2) maybe the fact the he is spying on Americans?
3) maybe the fact that he lied to our nation, God, and the rest of the world in order to start a war?
4) the fact that he does not have as much command of the English language as a 5th grader?
5) maybe the fact that only 3 out of 10 Americans support him?
Jeez, I could go on all night but I'm sure you get the point.
