My husband and I are going to an evening wedding in a couple weeks. I have a black and white polka dot dress that is tea length and he's wearing a black suit. Any ideas on how to accessorize us to match/coordinate without looking hokey?

I'm just thinking everything is so black and white. I guess maybe I should have asked how to spice up our monochromatic outfits without clashing each other? I want to look nice together, not be twins.

I wouldn't do anything other than wear what your dress with normal accessories. If your husband does anything to accessorize other than his suit, it will look hokey, so I think you both will look good just dressed as you have said.

Don't coordinate. That's dorky! and makes it look like neither of you can think for yourself. Both wearing black and white is enough or maybe both wear a simple flower - in your hair, in his buttonhole.

Keep it simple. Your dress will be eye-catching anyway. Black or white shirt with a solid tie.
