Yes you have a mental issue and you need help if you are making plans to kill people. Teenagers have hormone issues screwing up the thinking processes but your anger sounds too much. You need to find ways of dealing with your anger that does not involve revenge and talking to a professional/your parents/ would be a good start. Nobody on Yahoo can diagnose a medical or psychological condition. You need to get help for this before it gets any worse.

It sounds like you have issues you need to deal with. Stop and ask yourself what you are angry about. It is possible for people to control there emotions it just takes practice. If you are only fourteen you are probably going through puberty, your hormones may be affecting your moods. This will eventually even itself out with time. If that is not the case you may be bipolar. I would work on self control first and if that doesn't work seek professional help from a doctor. If you are so out of control you think you will hurt someone seek help now. It doesn't mean you are crazy, it means you need medicine to help even out your hormonal imbalances. Oh, and I'd like to point out that it was Ted Bundy, not Tim. lol : )

Okay so I'm like the same way... I'm 17 now and it started when I was about 13. I dunno why I get so mad. I have a good family, but they don't talk to me anymore and it just sucks.. I feel really out of place at home. I've hurt EVERYONE. No one understands because they think I look* normal, happy and pretty but I'm so quiet and just always Pissed off.. I wish i knew what it was but Ive gotten better & realized it just takes time and something you HAVE to change on your own & be strong lol.. That probably sounds dumb but wait till you get older and it will be better. You just have to get a job & stay busy and try to get out there more.. and be as nice as possible before you hurt anyone else. It's a really bad feelin when you lose your family:( GOOD luck by the way you're still young so you have nothin to worry about.. things will get better i swear! haha

If this is a legitimate question, I would suggest that you seek counseling immediately. There may be underlying problems that have caused you to react the way you do. It could also be some type of chemical imbalance in the brain which can be corrected with medication. A good counselor and/or a good anger management class is your best solution.
Start with going to your school counselor, teacher, or parents.
