Everytime when I go to fight it it always jumps or flys somewhere else and its the same with cressila and I can't encounter either of them to catch it. And don't tell me to use mean look to keep it in battle because i haven't even encountered it to use a move. Just tell me if it is a item I need ti use to keep it in one place or what. Thanks.

Just keep on chasing it patiently. Mesprit will stop moving eventually but don't turn off the game or Mesprits position will shift again..

use a master ballon 1 of them once u see 1 and use wobbefet for the other 1.

Just try to get as close to it and move in and out of a place until they move close to you.

first get a wobbofet next train it to lv 50-70 after when you find either they cant escape lower their hp and its allyours(use timer balls ultra balls,and if its night use dusk balls)
