There are many ways that can keep you happy in life. For me, here are ways of keeping me happy / going:-
1. Family - If not for them, I won't be here. Their guidance and assistance have helped me at times of difficulties and they will always perk me up whenever I am sad;
2. Friends - I like to socialise alot. Making friends, whether good or bad, is one that will help open up horizons on others family backgrounds, the things they do, the work they do, the assistance they give, etc;
3. Football (Soccer) - As a teen, I just love the game and at times, play with my friends, especially during the weekends. Though I am a Liverpool and Steven Gerrard fan, my favourite position is either in defensive midfield or central defence;
4. Optimism - Look on the bright side. When things are down, it doesn't mean that the end of the world is near. As long as we take the courage and face reality, I am sure we will be someone someday;
5. Stay Happy and Healthy - There are ups and downs in life, but as long as you stay healthy and happy, nothing is impossible. As the saying goes:
"When There's A Will, There's A Way".
And last but not least, other than an apple a day keeps the doctor away, here's another saying goes:
"A Smile A Day Takes All Worries Away."

me too!! well, actually manchester united, but yeah. :D actually, i'd jsut watch any football, even chelsea's games (but to boo chelsea :D)
