I recommend a 5-country Eurail Youth Select Pass
For your 5 countries choose Denmark, Germany, Benelux, France, and Spain.
Then buy it for the number of days you need. If you take a night train that leaves after 7pm, you put the date for the next day.

Also, you may have to pay supplements for some special trains, or reservation fees, depending on the country's rules.
But just a one way 2nd class from Copenhagen to Berlin is about $210, and Berlin to Munich is $155, so a 5-country pass for $343 is not bad. If you need to go through Switzerland, that's another country so check which countries your train goes through to make sure they're covered.
With Benelux, you get 3 countries in one.
You won't need the train for all 10 days, so about 5 or 6 days is probably enough.
In night trains, you may want to pay extra to get a couchette so you can lie down and sleep.

I lived in Italy for thirteen years have faith me you do no longer pick a Eurail pass at each and every of the tickets are inexpensive sufficient and supply you greater flexibility. Eurail pass is sturdy for once you circulate from us of a to us of a and nonetheless then remains no longer different than any all international locations.

Youth Passes are for individual or group travelers who are 25 or younger on their first day of travel.
They are valid in second class and give a 35% discount on the Adult first class fare.
Good luck. Hope I answered your question.

Edit: If you're planning to connect a lot of cities, a pass can be a good value. Otherwise, you'll be better off buying point-to-point tickets.

My advice.. Skip it all together. You will save more by buying point to point tickets.
