Hi,
I was just doing research on health practitioners in the Denver area and came upon your posting. I thought I would share my experience with you.
Two years ago I started a job in which I had to stare at the computer for 8 hrs a day. The Denver area is very dry, and I started to suffer with chronic Dry Eye.
First, I had the eye ducts plugged to keep moisture from draining into the ducts, then started prescription medication which included restasis. Then through some stressful situations that arose in my life at the time, I became lactose intolerant, and suffered from acid reflux. More medications, no solutions.
When my dad was diagnosed with cancer in February, I started researching supplements, and talking to the people in the medical field, surprisingly one had heard of Dr. Marshalls products. Then out of a conversation I became aware of a colleague that also uses his products.
I ordered the Eye Complex, and the Super Food Trio.
I am not kidding when I tell you that I am no longer on any prescription medications. My eyes continue to improve, and the digestion problems are gone. I am a believer. Thanks for listening and good day.

I am not sure, but I have done a little research on Dr. Robert J. Marshall the CEO of healthline and host of the radio show. He claims he has obtained a Phd from Columbia Pacific University in California in 1978. If you do a google search on Columbia Pacific University you will find that the college was founded and didn't open until 1978. There is no way he could have obtained a Phd in the same year that the college was founded. He also never states what his Phd is in. For all I know he could have a Phd in Criminal Justice. I also called thier customer service line and asked where he obtained his master degree from. They told me he has a masters in biochemistry from Purdue. I called the Purdue biochemistry department and they have no alumni that matches his name. It looks like the whole thing is a scam to me. He even claims one of his supplements (Immune Complex Q) can cure aids. Come on!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLwr
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy every one of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to enjoy out or order in.

Suck the idea in. Consciously hold in and contract your stomach muscles while you’re walking, sitting at the desk or making the dinner. This will help to strengthen your ab muscles and your core, and provide one step closer to any flatter stomach.

I have never used them. If they are in pill form and you want to see how well they are getting into your system, fill an 8 once glass with half water and half vinegar and see how long it takes them to dissolve. if it takes more than 20 - 30 minutes chances are they are passing thru you with out being absorbed.

Eat muesli two hours before exercising to boost fat burning while you train. Slow to digest, muesli takes longer to obtain through your system, so is less probably be turned into fat and still provides a good energy boost.
