I do know that jogging my memory and eating my words at the same time has been an effective diet for me!

It is for me. The older I get the more I seem to forget. Wait a minute. This isn't my computer. Nuts. I'm in the wrong house again. Memory is a strange thing. When my grandfather was 80 he could remember things that happened when he was 19 and worked in a lumber camp in minute detail. Of course, he told the same stories over and over. He could remember the past with amazing clarity, but he couldn't remember where he lived. Neighbors would find him walking on the road and have to take him back home. He had Alzheimer's, although I didn't know it then. It scares the hell out of me that I may come down with it some day. So, jogging my memory as often as possible may prevent that from happening by giving my brain a constant workout. One can only hope. My wife wears a sports bra, so she is always jogging her mammary.
