We have planned an anniversary trip to San Antonio and are going to go out for a nice dinner and carriage ride. I can't think of what to get for him, though. Any input is appreciated!!

A diamond ring as I suppose he got for you. Five or so diamonds in a ring to replace or to add to the already wedding ring that he wears. Diamonds are not just for women.
