Assuming you are referring to marriage, love is more important. When you take time to look around at the married couples who would rather spend time together than have money, you notice that they are happier than the financially stable ones who opted for careers. Having money is nice, don't get me wrong...but I was happier when we were young and poor. We only had each other then. Now we have separate careers and mostly separate lives. If all the money was swept away through some catastrophic event, we would still have each other....and more time to spend together. Money can be replaced, lives cannot.

Well if your talking about the materialistic side of society, then of course it is money. My only hope in this increasingly greedy world is those people will share their wealth with the less fortunate and that will be love. I am not a wealthy person but I give to 5 separate charities each month, as I know I have more than those I am giving to. But I digress, so if we as a society cannot offer time or love, then open the wallet and help the less fortunate. Sorry for the babbling =)

Money is also more important in our Life......! But if there is no Love in life....! Then what is the use of earning more money...! Some of more richest people are really suffering for many reasons which they cannot able to solve with their money....! Some of the most poorer people living their life happily...! But they really dont have atleast enough money....! Even some people are living by eating 1 time or 2 times a day because of no money...! Money only not enough to live our life....! We need peace of mind, satisfaction like many things are there to say...! All these things we can get by only Love....! So Love is most important in our life....! I mean....! Engine should be in good condition rather than extra fittings to continue journey....!

Increasingly materialistic =financial pressure
Love, family are great to have. but unless your living on a tropical island surviving on coconuts and bananas its no good on its own.

Money may not buy you happiness directly but a lack of it will cause more problems in the long run. You need a decent amount of cash to keep out of debt stress these days.
Debt stress is one of the biggest causes of arguments between loved ones/partners ect .

If you have enough money to keep you secure then your family/love life should slot into place quite well.

Society has made money more important then love. In the Bible it says where there is love I will be there. So we all need to be loved and we can all love someone therefore we have the power to destroy all evil if we could all learn to get along.

love is more important. If you have a life partner who loves you and cares about you, you can fight against any obstacle.
you 2 can support each other and might make lots of money but money wont be able to bring you true love.

Love. And our "increasingly materialistic society" doesn't change that a bit.

Money... The world revolves around it. Love makes people happy but also unhappy when it goes away while money generally keeps on producing more, more, more!!! (like a money tree).

Love. !!
Money is made by how much work you put into it.
Love does not just simply happen like going to work then getting a paycheck, and honest to god true love may never be found.

Money buys freedom to seek happiness.
Love brings...well...that varies.

The trick is to get out of the places where money matter's too much.
