Yes, for the fuse to blow again, you have a short somewhere in your wiring. See an auto electrician.

Turn signal/brake light bulbs have two filaments, or wires in the glass.
If you changed the ones in the rear of the car, check the ones in the front.
Remove the bulbs and see if there is a broken wire in the glass. If one wire is laying on the other one, that is your short.

You may have a problem with your regulator, which is installed inside your alternator. The alternator charges your battery and the regulator makes sure that the alternator doesn't put out too much energy. If the regulator goes bad, the alternator will overload your electrical system and your battery. If you don't fix the problem eventually your battery may overheat and explode, and your computer may short out which will be very expensive to fix. You should remove your alternator then take it over to Autozone. They will put it on the bench and perform a free diagnosis.

Sounds like a short, since the fuse keeps blowing.

Actually, it is illegal to drive the car on the road without stop lights. You have a wiring problem and the voltage is going to ground. either a corroded socket, or a skinned wire that is touching ground. Take the car into an auto electric repair shop. They should be able to get it straightened out for you. good luck.

That's weird. I don't know why your brake lights and turn signals doesn't work. The problem could be the excision valve.
