it is loose or bad belt could poss be a pulley bearing starting to fail you have to access the belt from under previa remove inspection cover then you can see belts and tell more about them if you dont have a lift you will need to jack it up its not bad once you can see them and always use jack stands

It could be anything running from the belts. I'm not too familiar with your vehicle, but some cars have 2 belts. Others have only one. Check both and listen to a/c compressor, alternator, cam, crank, power steering, etc. If you can determine where it is, a local shop can either replace it, or lube it up if that is whats needed. Also sometimes cars just get a little rusty in places, so if that's the case you have nothing to worry about. Hope that helps, good luck.

It may be that the belt is slipping around the pulley's or maybe one of the pulley's are bad and not the belt.

either tighten or replace the belt depending on how its worn.
