Say you have a decision to make and either choice could hurt someone's feelings - that in stuck between a rock and a hard place. No matter which direction you go, their will be difficulties.

They don't know if they should choose to do things the hard way (rock) or just sit there feeling guilty (hard place) to tell the truth i have no idea.
