Welcome to life were with enough money and talent you can fake anything and be anything it wouldn't even be that hard of a thing to pull off either as long as you can fake an accident were amnesia could happen and fake your head hurting when some ask you something if you watch enough movies or shows about anything and watched them well enough you could pull it off

Sure why not, but if they are tested then no they cant. the tests are to sophisticated for the average Joe to determine how they should answer if they dont have it for real. Also brain scans will show that there really is activity in the brain therefor the person is faking it!

Yeah. Its easy if you're good but i can always tell when people are faking. Some fake it when they've murdered someone and have gotten caught.

they probably could for a while
but eventually something would slip and they would have to do the whole "oh i remember you! and you! and you! YAY im CURED" thing and will still be in deep doo for lieing about it lol

People are capable of living their whole lives as a lie ... so, yes. Someone can ... someone with a poker face and a good amount of intelligence and/or acting training.
