Not to me! But be careful, he could feel since he is older he has control. That isn't always the situation. Just be cautious, ok? Good luck sweetie!

A 3 year age difference should not be a big deal unless you live in a fascist state. In fascist states, nearly everything is illegal and will leave you in a constant state of angst. Also, keep in mind that law and morality do not necessarily coincide. Some laws are immoral. In this particular case, I would accuse a law that prohibits couples because of being 3-4 years apart as immoral since the couple could easily be in high school together. This is a good indicator that you are living in a fascist state.
If he happened to be 21 or older, however, that would be problem in responsible states and, of course, sex is an issue. The law assumes, unfortunately, that everyone is equally stupid and irresponsible. Meanwhile, few states take much responsibility in teaching kids about sexual responsibility or accurate information on safety. Unfortunately for them I consider ignorance of the laws to be no excuse... (the dumb asses).

In my eye, no, its not wrong. If a 28 year old girl gets married to someone 36, I clearly see nothing wrong with that as there are people who do that. But watch out, in many states there is a law that says anyone underaged (-18) cannot go out with some one of legal age (18+).

I see nothing wrong with just dating a 19 year old. However if you intend to indulge in sex, start a live in relationship or go for a marriage then you have to find out if you are of a legal age or not.

Unless you are from one of the half dozen states that see it as child molesting.
There is always something odd about a guy who has graduated high school hitting on girls who barely know how to drive. Most likely he is less mature than guys even your own age.
Does he have a job working for the city? Does he have a big mustache and an El Camino?

It's considered wrong and/or illegal for HIM to date YOU because he is an adult and you are a minor. Any sexual contact would constitute statutory rape and he could go to jail for a long time. It's wrong for you in the sense that it's a mistake you may regret because society is very intolerant of dating between adults and minors. The perception is that he is a sexual predator taking advantage of your young naivete and shattering your innocence.

No.
My boyfriend is 20, and I'm 16.
I'm mature enough for him, and he's slightly immature enough that we're on the same level.
I never notice the difference.
He's a very nice guy and very respectful.
As long as you know you can be happy with that guy, go ahead
