I would have to say the F-14 and the F-4 Phantom. F-15E's pretty cool too.

Neither of those first two hold a candle to the F-18 superhornet. F-14's are gone anyhow.

F-15's are awesome, but if we're going global, you need to throw in the amazing russian Sukhoi 2-seaters too.

Judas is correct, the new F-18's are two-seaters... replacements for the F-14 that include a WSO.
