Females often blame Males for not taking an interest in Them, communicating with Them or understanding Them. Ever wondered why that would be? Because You have not broken the ice. Say something to Him. Anything that will start a conversation will get You on the road towards a relationship of one sort or another. Don't try ingratiating Yourself into His sphere of Friends. That is the worst thing any girl can do. Just try to be 'friendly' and let people know that you are interested in Him. Don't push Him. Boys are scared of political correctness because they have seen too many examples of how Males are punished for doing what Our instincts tell Us to do: pursue a Female We like.Next time You have a party invite Him. See if He turns up. Just remember: just because You want Him that does not make Him Yours.

Not much you can do if you can't call or see him. Try to clear your mind of him for the summer by doing lots of fun activities with your friends. Go shopping, have fun at a theme park or just hang out with them. You never know, some other boy just might be in your thoughts instead.
Have a great summer, don't spend all your time on the computer, go out meet people and have fun!

If he is your age or close, ask him over to your house on his birthday or on yours or wait til holloween and have a little holloween party and invite him. Serve Ice Cream and Cake along with soft drinks. Just be nice and if he likes you - you will find out.

do you have freinds that are friends with him?
can you get a big group together to go to a movie or something
after a few times like that... get to know him alot better.. find out if he has a gf... and then maybe u can edge ur way in and get the courage to tell him u like him

well 1 ask him if he have a girlfriend or not if he say no then tell him how you feel even if he do got a girl still tell him and move on with your life girl thereis more biger better fish out there

well dont know about the present, but in the future since you know him since the fourth grade, you guys will get to know each other when u r grown ups and recognize each other and get married too!
