Yes. He is highly underrated.
I've seen him a couple of times.

not as underrated as, Ginger Baker from CREAM.
He was highly venerated, in the sixties but, barely remembered, now. Young drummer's, should give Him a listen. it is said that He was so fast, He had to tape the stick's, to His hand's.

He's not underrated at all. Anyone who really plays will tell you he's one of the great living drummers.
