well you could be original and name him xylophone... or xylo.... or maybe even xy.... but hey i think he'd grow up with a complex... the only other boy names with an x that i've ever heard is xavier which seems to be unanimous at this point... ther now we all named the baby

Xander (Zander) and Xavier (X-save-e-er) are really the only X boys names I can think of but i like both of them. For girls there is always Xena (Zee-na) and Xenia (Zen-ya)....Good luck!

Xavier is the main one, it is a boy's name
It means "Saviour" and is a Catholic type name, but very cool for dark and tall guy.
