In the East I think the Heat have the potential to barely make the playoffs if either Wade or Shaq isn't healthy.
In the West the Clippers or King's will barely make the playoffs.

east-either the celtics or philly sixers. even though the celtics have ray allen and paul pierce together now, they still need time to develop as a ''team''. and no hope for philly!
west-either the LA clippers and t-wolves..repeat of this year, golden state will beat LA for a spot
and knicks will def make it to the palyoffs next year after watchin their summer league performance today. they may grab 7th or 8th seed!
