hmm, did you mean "truth of mind?" or "true to self?" or "truth of heart?" or "true to myself?"

well, basically when you're true to someone or to yourself, it means you're honest or you will make the effort to be honest.

another meaning could be to prove yourself true. "always be true to oneself" means to do right no matter what, to follow your own rules that you set, and to be at peace with yourself--people will know that you stick to what you believe in and won't be shaken; they'll respect you for that even if they don't like it.

Someone who is a truthful person, doesn't tell lies.
Having a mind pure in not being dishonest.
They also think everyone is truthful.

someone who is true of mind is truthful... though this saying is not very popular, it can mean that the person speaks his mind freely and is truthful.
