one day hes amazing and acts like im the only thing that matters in the world. He tells me over and over again that he wants to spend the rest of his life with me and for us to someday have kids. He cant keep his hands off of me and cant keep his hands off me. Then the next day he cant even really look at me in the eyes and is kind of distant. Could it nbe a guy thing that sometimes they just need space??? am i over analyzing the situation?

the problem is his, not yours
tell him he needs to grow up and treat you with some respect, this on & off again behavior is childish, don't put up with it

Okay so I do think its a guy thing that they do need space sometimes. I mean my bf can't really put his hands all over me anymore becuase he just moved and we don't ever get to see each other anymore so I can't help you with that part. But guys do need their space sometimes. My bf is like that too. One day he'll tell me how much he loves me how much he wants to see me five-hundred times a day and then the next he doesn't even talk about wanting to see me. Then he'll only tell me he loves me like one time a day and that's right before we get off the phone for the night. But anyways don't worry you're not over analyzing the situation at all. I think about this kind of stuff all the time. But to tell you the truth I seriously think its just a guy thing. Just don't worry about a thing. From the way you talk about him it sounds like he really loves you.

this happened to me and i was stupid and didn't see the signs i guess my situation was a tad bit different but also still the same thing he was kinda doing some other girl but i did not know he was doing that but i eventually found out he was being nice to get me and another day he would be doing some other girl then he would be mean and distant and then be close againg and then he would get what he wanted just talk to him about it tho you dont want to get him mad for nothing so try as much as you can to get a good answer out of him

Maybe he has an evil twin. I really dont know what to tell you. You could ask him about it. If you really like him though maybe you could be over analyzing the situation. It depends; talk to him about it and try not to let it ruin your relationship.

He could be bi-polar ! up and down mood swings you knnow? This type of person is hard to deal with! They need medication and stuff! My neices husband is bi-polar and its hard being with him for her!! He gets moods or spells were he wants to leave! And other times he loves her so much and is soo good to her just like you said!! Well i hope not for your sake anyway. but you can research it on line , just look it up and see if any of it sounds like him!! Good luck to ya!

don't smother him. the number one thing that women do that is detrimental to relationships.
give him some time and space. If he's genuine in his statements that's probably all he needs.
