With a misdemeanor charge, what would the average price be you would expect/desire from a lawyer?

Well, if the misdemeanor is a traffic citation, I charge $75.00 to negotiate a settlement. Clients are happy with the results.

It depends on the attorney. Some charge by the hour, some charge a flat rate.

I know of one young attorney that took misdemeanor cases for $200 flat rate -- all the way to trial if necessary. Just to get the trial experience.

The Average cost will be about $300 an hr. but with a misdemeanor charge it probably wouldn't be worth the cost. most of the work can be performed by yourself. provided you go along with the courts direction. even if you are thinking of fighting the charge at most you would need a paralegal.

Usually about $200 an hour. Unless you have the service I have. Then, it is really cheap and I have a wonderful law firm(s) backing me up.

depends on the offense and where you are...I would count on 200-250 per hour.
