Busy evening yesterday and just got up.

Why couldn't you get back to sleep?

Have you had a bad dream?

Or are you excited about something?

I find a quick glass of water, do a puzzle or two from the newspaper and I'm soon drowsy.

Otherwise it is indulge myself.

If I had known someone was awake I'd have logged on at 4am when I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep!
Hopefull, I might manage a few hours snooze shortly.

Try turning 180 degrees on your bed from your normal position and breathing deeply. This always works for me for some STRANGE reason. Or just pretend you're asleep...that works too. Next thing you know it'll be morning!
