With the guy I'm dating now, I don't just think about sex; I think about making love (never fantasized that before). Am I a sicko?

No. The most basic instinct we have is sex. It is the most fundamental action of our lives. The thought process is just that. A thought.
It is our actions that convey a sickness, should you let go of your own control then soon you will become addicted to the sexual lifestyle of a whore.
You seem to control your actions. This is good. You rise above yourself with a control that is stronger than your desires. Self control is a valued aspect of any woman or man.

I do not think you are a sicko. And being a Sag has nothing to do with it.
This phase comes to everyone, male or female. Sometimes it comes earlier than 23, but the timing is also influenced by your environment - - - - peer group, school, home.
It is fun fantasizing, and I hope you just enjoy your fantasies until you are ready for the consequences of living your fantasies.

No way! You are definitely not a sicko. It is just your personality. It is not your fault at all that you think these thoughts. It is normal. I am a sag too. Just wanted to mention that.

Chances are you're just a girl with a high libido who isn't getting the amount of sex she needs.
I have a very high sex drive, and unfortunately for me I'm in a long distance relationship (not for much longer, moving in soon, yay)...but basically if I'm not distracted by work or food or TV, I'm thinking about sex.
I highly recommend masturbation.
