What Does NTLDR mean?

I Turned on my computer and NTLDR pops out,i dont have no CDS of notting like that....What should I do?

NTLDR New Technology Loader.

A program loaded from the hard drive boot sector that displays the Microsoft Windows NT startup menu and helps Windows NT load.

NTLDR is short for NT loader. it's what boots Windows NT. As for what you should do about it, I have no idea.
