Hey Sport --
take it easy here -- I know that, at your age, you are dealing with some real issues in this "partnering up" thing !! But, it is MOSTLY worth the wait to -- allow this to happen naturally, and, at ease -- than to be in some kind of rush to "make it happen" !!
I know that it is no consulation prize for me to tell you this -- but -- I am an ex -- twice -- and THAT was the charm for ME !! And, when I get to the feeling that I am "missing out" in some way and start having this notion of "making a relationship happen from 'nothing' " --- I just call one of any number of my married buddies up to simply "chat" --- before long -- they are giving me the fill in on the insanity going on in their life with the "old ball and chain" -- and after about an hour of THIS -- THEY'RE feeling better to have had someone to "share" this with --- and, I'M feeling one hell of a lot better about being single !!!!
You're gonna be just fine -- and in a while -- someone will walk into your life that makes you feel twice alive -- and this "waiting room hell" will rapidly fade into a magical mystery tour for you !!!!
Best of Luck -- and --- hang in there !!!!!!!!

I remember that feeling at your age... wait, I remember that feeling at my age.
I feel like that song from the seventies...I've been to paradise, but I've never been to love.
I thought I had love with another man, no. I love my family, my mom, my dad, my children, and although it is the closest I have ever been because it is a beautiful to have family, it's still not the same as that ideal of the perfect soul mate.
That's because there is no such thing as "perfect." We have to learn to love ourselves and lean on ourselves first and care for others without expectation. It's a hard road.
Oh, yeah, and I have been to paradise, and I still wonder what love is.

I have the same prob.I don't trust guys either. Its really sad that us nice people have to put up with this. But I'd rather make a stand than fall prey to bs.In a world where theres girls(and guys)that just flig it everywhere and give us a bad rap.
Sometimes I try to do something interesting. Then theres prayer. And sometimes I'm just plain bored.

Well, I am way to young to date so I cant really help you. You just need to have hope and look for the perfect guy, you will eventually find him. Call your best friends and be with family-those are true aspects of life that will make you happy. Sorry if I didn't help, that's the best I have to tell you!
Sincerely,
Carey

I suffer from that all the time..but it helps to go out with nice friends..like ur old school friends and stuff like that. Or just stay home and watch a good movie (a comedy one) maybe read a book or something. You 'll find ur companion sooner or later hopefully

Take a deep breath, and focus on yourself and your life. Take an assessment of things that are going on, and realize that you need to take control of things, and the choices you make in order to truely be happy

Ask God to walk with you.If you are sincere you will start to feel different. If you are an atheist disregard the above suggestion.

I call one of my friends and talk to them, or I just pet my cats.
