video ram of my ibook G4 is broken. how can i fix this?

You will have to replace the entire video card. If you do it yourself, it will void the warranty. If it is out of warranty, don't worry about it.
You will have to find a video card that you like and which will fit in your computer. I like the service and selection of Newegg.
