Yes, but people also throw away their marriages like yesterday's newspaper so they can move on to the next headline without "cheating".

Yes, it does...Fidelity still exists.

( Unfortunately, it is not practiced as much as it should be, and that is why there is so much heartache around.)

Yes, some of us do stay faithful. And live in peace because we know we are doing the right thing, too!

Yes, but it's hard to find here. Why? The majority aren't here to celebrate their relationships. Like the first guy to reply, doing his little "church lady "fidelity / superiority dance. This place is a gauge of the unhappy.

Some people do remain entirely faithful.

I did, for thirty years, including 15 years of her chronic alcoholism while the kids were growing up.

Once they left school, and were ready to go on their own, I finally called it quits and divorced her. Faithfulness was never an issue, but her drinking was a truly major problem.

I truly believe that if you take your vows seriously, you will remain faithful to your spouse. Those are some hardcore words there, people. I know of many faithful marriages. It also depends on who you hang around with. We associate with older married people with half grown to full grown children and we have lots in common.

I just can't stand people blaming homewreckers for their unfaithful spouses. Those spouses were very willing and abled to cheat. They need to take responsibility for their own actions. It takes two to make it and two to break it.

It does exist but it is in short supply. Just remember that once a person cheats he/she WILL do it again, trust me I had to learn the hard way.
