Okay my uncle is in jail for drug trafacking and pleads Guilty can they he get deported after they serve there time eventhou his mom is a citizen????

Yes. He committed the offense, he faces the consequences. That his mother is a citizen is irrelevant.

Yes,if he isn't a citizen himself he can be deported. His mother being a citizen has nothing to do with it and will not help him in this situation.

Yes, in the same way he could get convicted of a crime even though his mother didn't commit one.
His mother's status is irrelevant. What happens to him is based solely on what he did and what his legal status is.
