My grandpa uses the word "outfit" in place of 'things'
example: "Can you grab me that outfit over there" (pointing and referring to the pencil.)

Well, since my paternal gramma died when I was less than a year old, and the other died about 10 years later, I have no idea.

My grandma used to say " cute as a sh*t house rat ". Cracked me up.

haha, your grandpa sounds cool!! my grandpa had a stroke, and afterwards, all he could say was "afunafunafun" and that meant "i'm hungry" and "hand me the remote." :)

my gram says "slacks" instead of pants. "Where are my black slacks?" (lol, black slacks is even funnier than just slacks.)

And "program" instead of show, as in TV show. "Nay, are you going to watch that program that you like?"
