does anyone know how i can find some good agents to represent me and help get in auditions?

You send pictures (8 x 10 black & white) out with your resume and hope they call. Sometimes you can get an appt. to be seen.
It helps to do as much small theater as you can so you have something to beef up your resume.
Break a leg...! It's a tough business.

You can't just "get an Agent."
You have to perform in plays and invite agents to see your performance.
You should have a very strong resume with a lot of Lead Roles, at well-respected theaters in your city.
Agents do not represent actors they have not seen perform.

What nygal said. If you don't know how to get an agent you are not ready to work professionally. The competition are the best actors in the world.
