It can be uncomfortable overwhelming or even intimidating to express views in meetings , but if you feel firmly about something and are well informed on the subject i say SPEAK! this shows honesty , courage , knowledge , and you may just bring up a key point that may have been overlooked, don't feel afraid to disagree with your boss , as long as it is done in a respectful manner, you may just find that you are valuable to the company , there are too many brown nosers out there that just agree with everything , even when they don't have a clue!

I say whatever I want to say at a meeting and don't care who likes the answer and who don't. I speak the truth and I'm very blunt at whatever I say.I use to be a quiet and shy person never talk and always let people push me around, till I went to couseling, and learn to speak up for myself and now I'm a new person. The new and improve me.
