What are some common failures (bugs, errors, whatever) that users tend to get when the system is turned on?

User Error. I seen a Wii that the Optical Drive wouldn't take the disc... The Xbox 360 red ring of death. And I heard its Caused by an Overheating Graphics chip. Replace the thermal pad on the GPU with with Artic silver and it should be fine (will void warranty). The Ps3 I haven't heard of any failure yet.

On the Wii, if you have 2 Wiimotes that are connected to the console, it usually messes up its connection alone, and you have to reconnect it all over again. Its a pain.

Xbox 360 ring of death. The rest work well and the xbox seldom has errors other than that. Microsoft also replaces all Xboxs that break that way.
