do you pluck your eyebrows?or wax them?

also if it isnt to much can you tell me your age..and if you are female or male..How much does waxing cost?

I'm 19 now, and tried waxing at 17.

See, I shaved mine for the longest time, and drew them on. I miss the liberty that came with that. I liked them looking pretty, solid and sleek. My eyebrows don't grow in the nicest, so I gave that a shot.

I was talked into having real ones again, and I tried getting them waxed, but it was $25, the woman messed up my eyebrows, so I had to start all over, it was terrible how bad it looked afterward. They didn't even remotely match, they were different shapes and thicknesses, it was just bad. Somehow, it lasted like, two days.

I'm a wimp and cannot handle plucking for some reason. I have a little razor that's designed for shaping eyebrows. That method works the best for me.

I am female and yes I get my eyebrows waxed about every 3-5 months depending. I keep them plucked during the months between. As long as you keep up on plucking the stray hairs, you won't need to get them waxed as often. For me it costs from $7-$10. Plus, once you have them waxed for the first time and get the right shape, it's much easier to keep up with them yourself.

You can do either one. I really which one you like best. I highly recommend waxing your eyebrows at a salon that you trust. Then over time when you notice that some hairs are starting to grow back in just pluck them your self to save you some extra money that you didnt really need to spend to get it done. It waxing really depends on the place. Usually it can go to $10 to $20 Plus- (Never Ever let the chiense do it, they always mess it up and you will wind up walking out with half an eyebrow)

I Pluck them every week or two. I am a 55 woman and have been plucking since I was 16. Waxing is too messy and fussy and it costs between $15-$50 depending on where you go. And you need to go to somebody who is reknowned for shaping eyebrows. Otherwise you could lose them all down to a thin line or all together.
Oh yea, I also have to fill in with an eyebrow pencil where they are think or too lightly colored. I am blonde.

I do both and when you go get your eyebrows waxed, you'll see they use both to. Waxing your brows cost about $15 to $20.00, depending on where you go. I am female. When you wax they grow back slower compared to when you pluck. Safest way to pluck because I sometimes get red and burned from the wax. Then it turns to scab and so on. So when you do get a wax tell them to be very gentle.

Pluck because waxing looks cheaps and trashy (TOO sculpted!).... You want the border of your eyebrows to be a little bit loose and not so 'if there's one hair out of place you can tell.' Also, waxing pulls out all the little blonde hairs too and it'll make your eyebrows grow back thicker and darker, which is disgusting. I'm 27, and female/male.

I am 50 years old. I have had my eyebrows waxed ever since I was in my 20s. It works out much better and I got compliments on them. It only costs $10 to get my brows done at the beauty salon.

I think that revealing my age would be too much information, however I will tell you that I am female (which should be obvious because of my avatar) I get my eyebrows waxed, and I tweeze the stray hairs when I can't get to the salon.
It usually costs me about $8
