I am kinda young and I wanna try sleeping naked. My parents and brother barge into my room a lot though... how can I start sleeping nude without getting caught?

It generally helps if you can lock the door. If that isn't feasible, you should set some distinct boundaries: family should knock before entering, and they must wait until you tell them they can enter. You can ask them to do this without telling them why, if you'd like to... just say that it sort of bothers you when they just barge in, and you'd like a little more privacy, so if they could just follow those rules it would be great.
It also helps to sleep under a thin blanket (feels nicer too!), and have some clothes lying on the edge of your bed or near enough that you can slip into them quickly if you need to (big t-shirts are good for this, so are robes, and slips for girls).

talk to your parents and ask them for thier opinion on this..tell them this is something you feel strongly about..ask them if you can try it a few nights..and ask them if you can get your brother to give you some privicy..if all goes well.you will get the best sleep in your life...there is nothing shamefull about sleeping nude, there are a lot of people that sleep that way..but they dont admit it!!...good luck

It's called your birthday suit. Don't settle for just sleeping in it; walk around the house in it. Why should little kids be the only ones who get away with this? Life's too short- you'll probably be buried in clothes and spend the rest of time dressed- so enjoy yourself.

Politely ask your family to respect your privacy and knock first. I am sure they would not appreciate it if you barged into thier room w/ out knocking! I would not suggest locking your door. Safety issues.

Just tell them, and then go ahead and sleep anyway you want.
You can tell them by actually announcing it, so you don't feel embarrassed (you shouldn't be) when they barge into your room.
Or have a sign on your door " I sleep naked"

tell them to start knocking if they dont want to be embarassed. Or ask your parents for a lock. Sleeping in the nude isnt something you should be ashamed of.

first start by taking off your clothes and going into bed and sleep. if someone barges in then just say you forgot hahah

when we were growin up (6 of us) my brothers all slept nude. You just new to knock on the door first. Depends how old u are...16 and up its ok. Younger its alittle hearder.

Try taking your clothes off for a starter, and if thats what you want to do, then that is entirely up to you..Nudity is a very personal thing, so, don't let anyone tell you other wise. Stand up to your family, and by rights, they should respect you for your wishes..go for it, and, make sure you, "shaka that ***'..

Lock your door. Keep a robe handy, put it on when they knock and then go open the door.
