I have no idea. They seemed like they were a Rock band, then they did that cd with Jay Z, and now there new cd is mostly slow songs.

I think that they are rock. rap/rock but still rock. although now they seemed to get rid of most of their rapping.

I like they older stuff better like meteora. but anyway i say they are rock.

They changed the new CD up a bit. It was more of a rock/hip-hop CD. I think they're...rock/hip-hop/pop.

well, if you sk me, their albums- hybrid theory, reanimation, and meteora have a nu metal feel to them, but minutes to midnight is more of a mix of classic rock, and hip hop. hope this helped!
