What is the name/type of a spider that is a bright yellowish-greenish color?

The spider is small, (Samller than a penny). Found in Upstate New York on a sunny, warm, summer day.

Could be a couple things, but if it's flattish and hangs out on or near flowers, I'd put my money on one of the Crab spiders in the flower spider group.
