SUNY Cobleskill has a huge, incredibe, equine program. I personally am planning to go there.

Check it out:

On the right side of the page it says "Equestrian Center" click that.

I have visited the campus and the people at the equine center are friendly, and helpful.

Good luck!

I know SUNY Cobleskill is a great university. I studied a general animal science there for a while almost three years ago, but had to drop out due to financial problems. If I had the chance I would love to go back. When I was there last there was only an outdoor arena and a couple of barns with temporary housing. I know they have enlarged everything over the last year and a half and it really is a great place. Make sure you check it out.

Here is the link to their site.
