well the way theatres work, its not a fixed amount of time which they play movies and then stop. they keep it rolling as somebody's paying to watch the movies. they'll only stop a movie if nobody comes to see it. so good movies last quite a while, probably up to a month if they're fantastic. others can only last a week in theatres if they're bad. with harry potter yes like everybody else said here, they'll be on for quite a while as like everybody in the world is waiting to go watch it. you're very lucky that ur very first trip to the cinema is to see harry potter - that'll be quite a memory hehe... mine was some lame whitney houston movie i think. well anyway, hope you enjoy it! the movie AND being in the theatre for the first time!

Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix isn't gonna gain much reputation (and money) during the summer if movie like PIRATES 3 and TRANSFORMERS stick around. HP5 is gonna be alright. I think it's not gonna be as good as the 4th movie (moneywise).
To find dates and movie showtimes for HP5, go to YAHOO! MOVIES or the official website (http://www.harrypotterorderofthephoenix.com) and click on SHOWTIMES and TICKETS (zip code required)

I'm pretty sure that it will still be playing July 15. As for ticket prices, I'm not quite sure. I saw something about movies on Yahoo.
