Hello, my name is Heaven. I am 12 years old and I will be 13 in 18 days (17 days if your ansering this on July 10, 2007) I weigh 115 pounds. I play soccer and I ride my bike 4-5 days a week. I dance around to Hannah Montana songs in my living room (lol) but I watch Shaqs big challenge and do the workouts on there every week. My waist line ranges from 29-32 inches around. My diet includes: Lots of water, milk, apples and cinnamon oatmeal, noodles, vienna sauages, and apple jacks. When I go out to Eat I usally go to subway and order a kids menu and get ham and american cheese, lettuce, mayo, and pickles. Also, I go to Wendy's about once every two weeks. I usally get a Junior bacon cheesburger (no tomato) and a 6 ounce choclate frosty. I like to swim. I go swimming whenever I can. I ride my bike approx. 2-4 miles 4-5 days a week. I am on the computer about 6/8 of my day (when I don't ride my bike). I watch tv about 1/8 of my day. I get about 8-10 hours of sleep everynight. Am I overweigt?

You sound -very- healthy. In fact, I'm a little worried about how concerned you are with your weight. You exercise, eat very well, and are extremely body conscious. Please keep in mind that some people are naturally heavier and thicker than others, and that all body types are fine. 'Just right' doesn't necessarily mean skinny.

Don't worry about your weight at 12. It's good that you ride your bike, though. Also, walk every day, you'll live to be in your 90's.

At 115 pounds, you would only be over weight if you are really, really short. Just keep up the physical activity and you have nothing to worry about.

stop following the media. if ur comapring ur self to these skinny celebrities these days, then STOP. honey just stop. start feeling comfortable in ur own skin. & STOP EXCERSING SOO MUCH SO U WILL LOSE WEIGHT. just stop. what xactly do u watch on tv?? how to be skinny?? noo. ur supposed to enjoy life @ this age. have fun. ur not gona b able to do much of that when ur older. dun try to b older then u already are. have fun enjoy life.

you don't say what your height is, but you seem to be the perfect weight/waist size. If you're worried about gaining weight, drop the mayo from your diet, substitute with mustard...mayo is FATTY
