Wouldn't you?
I like diversity!
Of course some time you may regret, but always there will be something you'll add to ... yourself, depending on what you are looking for ...
I thought once, about someone, he is the alter ego of me ... I am just pity for him. He had lost both special birds from his hands, forever.
He has not empty hands. He will be perfectly, O.K.
But I have accomplished the most of all I ever could want. Never ever a regret. Any other more lives, I'll do the same. Even all those I lost for I had to know that I did all I could do ...
The question for any mortal being:
Do you know what you want for your life (for this moment, at least)?
It's exactly like when you are planning your business into an environment rapidly changing, less than a year (!), talking about laws, politics, a very unstable market but growing - it is NOT up to you, but you can still take the decisions for every moment ...
(There are such Countries. I have lived and had to manage such conditions. It was great as were not my money involved. I did it wonderful.)
The same about your life. You may plan for some objectives, but you can very clearly get yourself in some very different conditions, sometimes ... You have to go with the flow and do your best, in your own way, onto the River's Life.
The worst friend I could ever had was of a great help, someway, anyway.
We'll be all alone, in tranquility, someday, at The Top Of The LINE. See you there, Bye!

I'm kinda odd so I never know how people will take me. I feel like I disappoint some people. I get along with everyone as far as acquaintances go but I am pretty slow to trust people. I guess what I am saying is that I like to have a lot of friends and I don't worry so much about how we are alike or share the same interests. I like people around me who are unique, eccentric, bombastic, and have a mental health diagnosis of some sort!

Never regretted making friends. I have many friends, and they all come through when you need them. I don't sgree with what they say or do all the time, but they are true friends. Good to have an always looking for more on all areas of life. Real or otherwise.

i don't know about adding people to your contacts, but when it comes to real life, no matter what someone tells you, they regret at least 3 by the age they are 30.

Most of my Contact's are cool caring people! Only one I had to remove was into devil things kept asking weird questions?? And I did not like reading them. I said a prayer over the person. But I felt I had to remove this person!

I, too, did a bit of housecleaning. Took off about ten that I wasn't sure of and evidently my "stalker" was in the bunch. Haven't had a problem all day.
Might I suggest the good people of P&S go through their contacts and any one they are not sure of remove them. Also it might be a good idea, if you haven't already, to set your Q&As and your contacts and fans to PRIVATE. In light of the recent trolling party and people getting deleted, violated, and the good old thumbs-downing, it might be advisable. It makes it tougher for the trolls.
Enjoy your day my friends! :)

Rarely. I usually make good contacts. It's easier to get rid of a contact on answers than in real life though.

I began taking to someone who I thought I had a lot in common with, but as we got to talking more, and it got more serious personally, mentally, and emotionally wise.... I realized he wasn't as smart as I though, and that he's also spineless. I respect the person that he is, I respect his priorities. I care for him as a person still. I just don't respect him as a man.
We all get hurt, but what's the use of it if you don't learn the lessons you need to learn in life & move on? I will add myself to that equation as well.

The only regret I have is that they desire to have you for a contact and that is where it stays and there is no further correspondence. My reallife friends have been a let down as well because they wanted me for what I had to offer and not for myself and what we truly had was not real.
