No shame if you don't. I am surprised how many people think they are believers, but, when asked the tough questions, can't differentiate between fairness and Liberty; Or relegate Liberty to a tragically low order of priority. For international users: This admittedly subjective test is weighed in the historic U.S. Perspective, so answer accordingly. Also, Anarchists may find this test inaccurate as, for our purposes and in the context stated above, we separate Anarchy and Liberty. How will you score?

A. Free Speech? Sounds suspicious, nothing's free is it?
B. Absolutely, the First Amendment dictates that all points of view are entitled to equal time in the Common Jurisprudence.
C. You'd like to think that, wouldn't you? The Second Patriot Act of Secretive Executive Authority (2007) gave the President sweeping discretion to ban certain anti-American speech in public places - after daylight hours.
D. Wrong. Your freedom of speech isn't contingent on anyone else being heard, even if your detractors are too hoarse to speak freely, oversleep and fail to show or nobody sticks around to listen to their pinko-commie, panty-waisted banter!

9. The United States, by certain measures, is the richest country on earth. Therefore, poverty must be eliminated by mandate of law; And if that means that the 'haves' have to give to the 'have-nots' so that the 'have-nots' can have, then those are the breaks. (Select the best answer)
A. Yes, the 'haves' have exploited the 'have-nots' to get their halves in the first place. That's why the 'have-nots' have...well, not!
B. Yes, but not because of the above bull#hit. Our National motto is, "Liberty, EQUALITY, Fraternity."
C. Wrong. We need an underclass so that the rest of us can feel superior.
D. False. While all societies should seek to eliminate poverty, the U.S. Constitution provides no mandate for such a social-progressivist re-distribution scheme.
