Millions of children in American schools are being drugged by psychiatrist, who claim the childre have stupid made up diseases like:
Running around the room (that is what children should be doing, it is a healthy sign)
I think the latest, was the peanut butter disorder, if they eat peanut butter and it gets stuck to their teeth, they are claimed disabled and given ritalin or something like that.
These are only some examples, some of the side effects of the drugs being prescribed are dangerous, like depression, suicide, and getting violent.
Some of these children wind up killing their friends and then killing themselfs after being drugged for a while.
But this is only one mere example, check the cchr website for more human right violations if u want to know.

Depends on how you mean it. If you mean are someones human rights being violated within the US by some other individuals or group, sure. It would be hard to say that no ones human rights are being violated. If you mean is the government violating human rights or looking the other way then no.
