OH PLEASE!!!! If you have family PLEASE PLEASE!!! tell someone and ask for help or call the abuse hotline. I was in an abusive relationship for 4 years and I had to leave the state to get away from him, he told me if I ever left him he would kill me ,so I did not stick around to find out, I left a good job and everything I owned behind. I would say just go,as soon as you get a chance and don't look back. I did'nt regret it either, and neither will you.

By DECIDING to get out and by doing something about it!
An abusive man is NEVER going to change, because he has serious issues he cannot deal with....People like this are sick and they are very sad and unhappy people who are toxic to themselves and others. You cannot help him.

Ask for help and get all the support you need from your family and friends. Call a hotline and find out if there is a woman's shelter nearby.
See where you can go and stay, pack your things and leave when he is not around. Try to take some money and important papers- like your passpòrt.

No one deserves to be beaten, abused, hit, demoralized or belittled...NO ONE. But you have to want to get away and really make the choice to help yourself first...Because if you are not sure about this and you come back to him later on, things will be even worse for you....Good luck.
You will be in my prayers.

Well, the simple answer is just leave. Not sure of what your particular circumstances are, but I'd suggest if you're being abused, no matter how difficult it will be, please don't wait another day to get out of such a situation. Make sure you have a support system ready...parents, family, friends...so that you have a place to stay and the means to support yourself.

Find a women's shelter and get there. But first you have to acknowledge that someone who is abusive is not going to change no matter what you do or how you do it. Love is not a reason to stay. And you didn't create the abuse. Get help and get out.

What gets me is once they walk from the abuse they always want to go back. Maybe it is the control that they miss.
